These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Vlyomi by Lovely. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies.

1. About us

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these terms.

3. Handmade products

Every Vlyomi piece is made by hand. Colours, shapes, sizes and finishes may vary slightly from the photographs and from one piece to the next. These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not defects. Screen settings can also change how colours look.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on delivery, where offered, must be paid in full to the courier.

5. Orders

• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a delivery address can’t be served, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any payment in full.
• You can cancel your order from your account until we confirm it. See our Returns & refunds policy for later cancellations.
• Personalised items are made to your instructions. Please check spelling carefully — we make exactly what you type.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy; returns, replacements and refunds by our Returns & refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Vlyomi name, logo, designs, photographs and text on this site belong to Vlyomi by Lovely. You may not copy, reproduce or sell our designs or content without written permission.

8. Product safety

Our products contain small parts and, in the case of magnets, magnetic components. They are not toys and should be kept away from young children and pets. Please read the materials listed on each product if you have allergies.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We’d always rather sort things out directly — please contact our grievance officer first. Any dispute that can’t be resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the city of our registered address.

11. Grievances

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, our grievance officer is Lovely, reachable at care@vlyomi.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
